The client is the person you who will benefit from the service offered by the holiday planner.
This website has been designed to promote the activities of the holiday planner, and to act as the interface between the client and the holiday planner.
All the data collected through this website would be used strictly confidentially to be preparing the holiday arrangements and will not be given to any third party.
The holiday planner is not in case involved in any process of obtaining the visa Schengen. The holiday planner will contact the client after receiving his details through the formula. This first contact will be the chance to have further details on the expectation of the client. A report will be sent by email, with the minutes of the conversation and will form the base of the work of the holiday planner. He will study the request and will edit a first general plan. He will then contact the client, and if interested, the client will make the payment, upon which he will receive the detailed plan and information on his holiday.
The holiday planner is not responsible for any third party services ( hotel, transportation, restaurant..etc) His responsibility is to plan and advice on the holiday arrangement according to the clients expressed needs.
No refund will be made after the detailed information has been provided to the client, as the research work will have been done and advice given.
The prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
The payment has to be made prior to any detailed plan is released to the client. It is also the condition any kind of booking.
The client will have the choice to pay either in Euros or local currency. The currency would be taken at the prevailing exchange rate the day on the payment.
The banking details will be given at the signing of the contract.
